The ANCP E.P.E. (Agencia Nacional de Compras Publicas - Portuguese National Agency for Public Procurement) is responsible for the setup, implementation and management of the National System of Public Procurement as well as to centrally manage the State-owned car Fleet.The Framework Agreements conducted by ANCP will cover 80% of the Central Administration needs.Scope of national solution:• Supplier: General data update; Price and characteristics update of goods & services within the framework agreements;• National System of Public Procurement: Browse through the goods & services within the framework agreements;• ANCP: Update of Supplier and contracts general data; Update of characteristics of goods & services and contract conditions.
